Do you offer monthly or midterm furnished rentals?
Yes. Both Premier Luxe Villa and Doho-Enterprise Villa welcome stays of 30 nights or more — a favorite for traveling nurses, medical staff, contractors and relocating families. Each villa is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 6. Message us your dates for weekly and monthly pricing.

Where are the homes located?
Both villas are in Weslaco, in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley — convenient to McAllen, Edinburg, Harlingen, Mercedes, Progreso and South Padre Island.
How does check-in work?
Every stay at both villas includes keyless self check-in, available 24/7. Your check-in details are sent to you on the day of check-in — no key handoff, no waiting.
Is there parking and laundry?
Yes — free private parking and an in-unit washer and dryer come standard at both Premier Luxe Villa and Doho-Enterprise Villa, along with fresh linens and towels.
What is your cancellation policy?
We keep it fair and simple: cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund. The complete details live in our Terms of Service. If your plans change, reach out as early as you can — we’ll always work with you to find the best possible outcome.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes — a $250 refundable security deposit applies to each stay at either villa. It’s refunded in full after check-out once the home is inspected and found in good order. You’ll find the complete details in our Terms of Service.
What are the house rules?
Our rules are simple: the rate includes 4 adults; each additional adult is $75/night, up to 6 adults maximum. Children and infants are welcome and do not count toward the guest count or fees. Gatherings are limited to 10 people total — no large events. No pets. No smoking. You’ll receive the full house rules with your booking confirmation, and they’ll also be in our Terms of Service.
How close are you to Progreso for medical and dental travel?
About 15–20 minutes from the Progreso border crossing — an easy drive for dental and medical travelers. Both villas are quiet and recovery-friendly, with comfortable beds, full kitchens and plenty of room for a travel companion.
